1. The heritage perspective: Dr Liz Rushen AM – historian, author, MMHN Board member, Women on Water: why we need to rock the boat

2. Presenting the current situation: A diverse cross-section of maritime sector Women of Influence drawn from the public and private sector discussed their career trajectories, current roles – and as far as possible – helped us to chart the voyage ahead in the maritime sector for women:
